About Mood's Farm Market

Mood's Farm Market is a pick-your-own orchard and farm market on Bridgeton Pike in Elk Township, with a Mullica Hill address. The farm says it specializes in pick your own fruit, and the list is long: sweet and pie cherries, red raspberries, blueberries, blackberries, plums, peaches, nectarines, pears, grapes, apples and pumpkins, plus sunflowers you cut yourself. The season opens on June 1 and closes on November 7 for 2026, and the market is closed on Sundays.

Fall is the busiest stretch. The corn maze opens on September 12, during the Apple Festival, and stays open until Halloween. In October, pumpkin hayrides carry you out to the pumpkin patch, where you pick a small pumpkin and then get a drink of apple cider and an apple cider donut. The farm describes the ride as family friendly, with fun, silly and scary (but not too scary) things along the path. Fall events fill the calendar with scarecrow making, free pumpkin painting and pumpkin games.

The market sells apple cider, apple cider donuts, fresh vegetables and local honey, and its pantry, the farm's jelly room, stocks preserves, jellies, spreadable fruit and fruit butters. Grandma's Attic is a page of antiques and used items for sale. Dogs are not allowed in the market or the orchards, because of food safety regulations, and only certified service dogs are an exception.
