About Oasis Family Farm

Oasis Family Farm is best known now for Oasis Island of Terror, a haunted attraction that runs on Friday and Saturday nights in October. Three walk-through attractions wind through the farm's woods and grounds: The Woods Have Eyes, a trail of more than a mile that takes about 30 minutes, plus Stalkers and The Park That Waits. You walk them with your own group rather than with a guide, the actors work no-touch, and there are exits along the way if it gets to be too much. The farm bills it as an event meant to scare your socks off, and it is not recommended for children under 12.

The rest of the year Oasis is a landscaping supply yard, with more than 20 years in business. It sells mulch (black, burgundy red and coco brown dyed, and all-natural triple shred), topsoil, seasoned hardwood firewood, concrete sand and quarry dust, retail and wholesale, for pick-up or delivery.

Our Personal Take...

We visited Oasis Family Farm (in Robbinsville, NJ) in April of 2014 not really knowing what to expect. Was this a landscaping business or a garden center? Why did I see fun things like a "Gem Mine", bee keeping area, and an area for a big playground? Well, we quickly learned that this fun location is considered "agritainment". And they do it very well. You will find fun things to do for the kids and great products to purchase for the adults. And there will be a lot more added during their 2014 season. We certainly recommend visiting soon.. and often!

A Brief History

When GetOutsideNJ first visited in April 2014, Oasis Family Farm was an agritainment farm. It sold fresh produce, honey products and baked goods, and offered U-pick produce, an educational bee exhibit with a working hive, a butterfly exhibit, a gem mining cave, a mega slide, classes and seminars, and a Halloween experience in the fall. Today the farm's own site lists landscaping supplies and Oasis Island of Terror, and its daytime pumpkin fun is no longer offered.

Oasis Island of Terror

The haunt opens on Friday and Saturday nights through October, with tickets sold from 6 to 9 p.m. and the attractions staying open until the last guest is through. The Woods Have Eyes is the long one, more than a mile of trail through the woods, and Stalkers and The Park That Waits are the newer attractions. It is all outdoors, over uneven, wooded and sometimes muddy ground, in low light and tight spaces, with fog, strobe and sound effects. Armed police and security staff watch the attractions and the parking areas.

Tips and Tricks

Wear clothes and shoes you do not mind getting muddy; closed-toe shoes are required in the attractions, and flip-flops and heels are not allowed. Leave valuables in the car or zip them into a pocket, because anything dropped in the attractions is not searched for until the next day. Phones, flashlights, photos and video are not allowed inside the attractions, and neither is smoking or any food or drink. No outside food or drinks are allowed on the grounds. Bigger groups may be split up before going in.

Admission & Guidelines

Haunt tickets are sold only at the ticket booth on the farm, not online, and the buyer must be 18 or older and show ID. For 2026, general admission is $40 on Fridays, $50 on Saturdays and $31 on Halloween night, and a VIP ticket is also sold. Ticket holders can be any age, but everyone under 18 must be with an adult, and the attractions are not recommended for children under 12. All sales are final, with no refunds, even if you do not finish. Parking is free.

Hours / Season of Operation

Oasis Island of Terror runs on Friday and Saturday nights in October, with the ticket window open from 6 to 9 p.m.; the attractions stay open until the last guest has finished. For 2026 that is every Friday and Saturday from October 2 through Halloween, Saturday, October 31. Nights can be canceled or closed early for weather, and the haunt posts changes on its website and Facebook page.

The landscaping supply yard is open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. on weekdays and weekends.
