About The Red Barn Farm
The Red Barn Farm is a family-owned farm in the Hammonton Pinelands, built around a 120-year-old barn. It runs a Sunflower and Fall Festival every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from late August through the first weekend of November. Walking the fairgrounds and parking are free. You pay only for the ticketed attractions you want: the giant corn maze, the hayride, and the jumbo bounce pad, or an All Access Pass that covers all three.
The hayride goes out to the sunflower field in September, where you cut one free sunflower, and then to the pumpkin patch from early October, where you pick one free pumpkin. The farm runs two wagons, and the green one is wheelchair accessible: tell the gate and wait for it. The corn maze has a shorter EZ Peasy path for little ones, and a GPS locator you can use from your phone and a rescue phone number if you get lost. The farm says the maze takes about 20 minutes if you are good at it and an hour or more for everyone else.
The free part of the farm has lawn games (corn hole, duck races, rope the bull, rat roller, tether ball), chickens and mini goats, fire pits, music and photo spots. Fritz Grill and Cafe, the farm's own kitchen, serves smash burgers and breakfast sandwiches, and the family bakery Penza's Pies adds tomato pies and homemade pies. Local beer and spirits from Spellbound Brewing and Blue Rascal Distillery are poured on Saturdays and Sundays.
Leashed, friendly dogs are welcome, including on the hayride and in the corn maze. Free-range chickens roam the fairgrounds, so keep an eye on your dog. The farm also rents picnic areas and party barn pavilions for birthday parties, reunions and corporate outings during festival hours, with a day option and a sunset or night maze option.

Special / Seasonal Events
Night Corn Maze: for 2026, Fridays and Saturdays from October 2 through October 31, 7 PM to 10 PM, including Halloween night. It is a flashlight maze, not a haunted attraction: the farm says there are no actors and no jump scares, and flashlights come with every ticket. It is open to all ages, with the shorter EZ Peasy maze for little ones. Bonfires, s'mores, soft pretzels, apple cider donuts, hot chocolate and warm cider are sold afterward. The hayride and bounce pad are not open at night.
Oktoberfest: the farm's fourth annual, October 3 and 4, 2026, with German food, a biergarten, stein-holding contests and a live Bavarian band.
Family Farm Spooktacular: Friday October 30 and Saturday October 31, 2026, during regular festival hours. The farm bills it as spooky, not scary. By day there is face painting, scarecrow making, a trick or treat trail around the farm, pumpkin chucking and a hayride to pick a pumpkin to paint. After dark there is a glow maze, a storyteller by the fire and s'mores.
Tips and Tricks
Stay past dusk on a Friday or Saturday in October and the All Access Pass gets you into the Night Corn Maze at 7 PM, with about 30 minutes between the festival closing and the maze reopening for a burger. Dress for the weather and wear boots if it has been wet, since the festival runs rain or shine. Folding chairs and picnic blankets are welcome on the fairgrounds.
Admission & Guidelines
Fairgrounds entry and parking are free. For 2026, the corn maze is $14, the hayride with a free sunflower or pumpkin is $14, the bounce pad is $5, and the Night Corn Maze alone is $14, all plus sales tax. The All Access Pass is $28 at the gate and 10 percent less online, and it covers the corn maze, the hayride and the bounce pad, plus the Night Corn Maze on the same day on Fridays and Saturdays from October 2. Children 12 months and under are free on every attraction, and everyone else needs a ticket, adults included. Buy tickets online for a faster check-in and bring the emailed QR code. Credit card processing fees apply at the gate.
Hours / Season of Operation
The festival season runs weekends only, from late August through the first weekend of November. For 2026 it runs August 29 through November 1: Friday 4 PM to dusk, and Saturday and Sunday 11 AM to dusk. The hayride and bounce pad close at dusk. The last corn maze entry is 30 minutes before dark.
The Night Corn Maze runs Friday and Saturday evenings from 7 PM to 10 PM, October 2 through October 31 for 2026. Oktoberfest on October 3 and 4, 2026 runs 10 AM to 8 PM. Hours can shift for special events, so check the farm's event page before you go.
Facilities
Restrooms and free parking are near the entrance. Fritz Grill and Cafe and Penza's Pies serve food on the fairgrounds all day, and there are fire pits and party barn pavilions. The fairgrounds are mostly flat grass and packed dirt paths, so strollers and wheelchairs get around the main areas, but the corn maze trails are tougher to roll over.
Parking
Parking is free and on site. The farm is on Route 206 in Hammonton, a few minutes from Exit 28 of the Atlantic City Expressway and the White Horse Pike (Route 30).
