An Important Site Update, plus New Locations Have Been Added

We finished the "1" thing that was holding us up from adding locations in everyday. This was just an easy way to ensure that someone can not return every location of calendar listing from the DB at once. This was to speed some things up long terms on GetOut. I am sure we'll work on this feature throughout the life of this site. But for now, it does what it needs to do :)
