About Garden State Discovery Museum
Children careen through the Garden State Discovery Museum, climbing up rock walls, cavorting with wildlife, and imagining themselves as vets, doctors, and news anchors in hands-on exhibits. Red-eared turtles lounge in the wildlife area, inviting kids to gaze upon their slimy shells, and science displays teach guests about gravity, lava, and light. For a memorable birthday party or celebration, kids can romp through the Flyers mini rink and Silver Diner with up to 100 friends and unlimited imaginary friends during a two-hour, after-hours museum rental. Two staff members assist in chaperoning the event as partygoers ogle all exhibits, gab in three private rooms, and perform one-man Hamlet renditions in the Discovery Theater.
