About C. Casola Farms Haunted Attractions
C. Casola Farms Haunted Attractions is a night-time haunt on Route 79 (South Main Street) in Marlboro, open on fall weekend nights from late September through Halloween, with four attractions in one place. The Haunted Hayride of Terror takes you into the back woods, where people say they see and hear things that come alive in the dark. The Haunted Barn is a walk-through with creatures clinging to the walls, and the farm bills it as the scariest haunted barn on the East Coast. The Living Maze twists and turns until you find a way out. Zombie Paintball, the Marlboro Zombie Breakout, puts you in an army truck with paintball guns mounted along the sides to shoot at zombies, who cannot shoot back.
The operator says the hayride, the barn and the maze are not recommended for young children. Zombie Paintball is the exception: the farm recommends it for children 5 and older and calls it great for all ages. The haunt's NewJerseyHauntedHouses.com listing rates it very scary, recommends ages 8 and up, and says touching is not allowed.
The Witch's Brew stand sells fresh-baked cookies, candy, popcorn, hot dogs, pretzels and soda, and the Hauntingly Delightful Seasonal Bootique sells Halloween novelty items.
