Middletown holds several big Monmouth County parks. Hartshorne Woods has trails for biking and hiking with views of the ocean and New York City, Huber Woods has miles of trails, Deep Cut Gardens has walking paths and a rose garden, and Poricy Park keeps fossil beds and a historic farmhouse. Tatum Park adds 366 acres of hills, fields and woods with a playground.
