Cream Ridge is the farm country of Upper Freehold Township. The Union Transportation Trail runs through it on gravel, open to hikers, bikers and horseback riders, with a restored wooden trestle over Lahaway Creek. Farms here open in spring and fall: tulips at Holland Ridge Farms, pick-your-own apples and pumpkins at Stone Tavern Orchards, and a corn maze with a lookout tower at Bullock Farms.
