Photos of: Buttermilk Falls

Buttermilk falls is one of the tallest falls in NJ. The falls are at their most dramatic in the spring or after large rainfalls. Though the view of the falls are great from the bottom, you can take a trail (with stairs) on the left of the falls to the top for better views. This trail also meets the AT (with some hiking). If you plan it right, you can even follow the trail all the way to Tillman Ravine.
