Description:: Fort Hancock Day marks the 1895 naming of the fort at Sandy Hook. Volunteers of the Army Ground Forces Association, uniformed as World War II soldiers, bring Battery Gunnison and its 6-inch guns to life with gun drills, restored ammunition hoists and vintage equipment. Free.
