#GetOutGetsFit Challenge #6 - Starting Soon!

In 2017, I started a journey to change my health. I am down 60 pounds, down many shirt sizes, needed to put many new holes in my belt, can go for long hikes without taking breaks and can even mow my entire yard without being wrecked for the rest of the day. I am now able to do more and have a bit more of the life I want. It is a great start, but I still have a long way to go.

A few good folks decided to join me on this journey. Each week, we checked in with how we did, what we did outdoors, if we lost some weight, if we gained, and what we wanted to accomplish the following week. This simple "support group" really helped get us off the couch, hold ourselves accountable for our choices, and see improvements in our health overall. Collectively, we walked hundreds of miles, have taken hundreds of thousands of steps, and have lost over 200 pounds.

#GetOutGetsFit #5 is now over, but we will continue this group journey with a new 8-week challenge...
